Can I purchase spare parts on account?
Yes. Simply contact our spare parts department and a representative will give you specific instructions.

How can I get discounts on spare parts?
Discounts are given based on quantity ordered and on the overall value of your order. Contact your account representative for further details.

I can't find the manuals for my machine, can I purchase new manuals?
Yes. Manuals for most machines are available through your account representative. When ordering please specify the exact model of your machine, the manual or type of manual you require and your preferred media (printed or CD ROM). Some manuals may also be available for download from one of our protected sites.

Do you accept returns on spare parts?
Yes, most items can be returned. Contact your account representative for details specific to your situation.

Is there a fee for returns?
Yes. In most cases a 20% restocking fee is charged.

Where are spare part shipped from?
Although parts may be shipped from a number of locations, our main warehouse is centrally located at the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport in Texas.

Are spare parts available for immediate shipment?
Yes. We keep a significant amount of items on hand for immediate shipment.
