ACV - Advanced Component Validation

• A barcode reader is used to register feeders and components on the machine.
• The ACV system checks for correct setup prior to each job startup or machine restart.
• A server holding the component inventories is continuously updated as components are used, and all components are accounted for whether placed or not.
