Overview

NanoFrontier nLC's highly reproducible and stable nanoflow provide your mass spectrometer with more sensitivity and accuracy. NanoFrontier nLCdeliverstrue splitless nanoflow gradient formationat flow rates as low as50nL/min improving the stability of the system and reproducibility of the retention time.

System Configuration:

NanoFrontier nLC consists of a dedicated gradient pump and a high precision nanoflow pump for stable solvent delivery.

Loading Pump (L-2730)delivers samples to the trap column andwashes samples.
Gradient Pump (L-2720)delivers gradient solventsat a stable flow rate of 100nL/min.
Nanoflow Pump (L-2700) generates a reproducible gradient at nanoflow rates as low as 50nL/min.
Organizer (L-2710) provides power supply for each module and holds solvent bottles.

The Hitachi DEGS (Dual Exchange Gradient System):

Washing mode washes the flow route and column efficiently at 1¼^LL/min.
Stand-by mode prevents contamination by sending solutions at the minimum rate.
Sample cooling function keeps samples stable.
Online deaerating function deaerates all the solvents used in the system.
System monitoring function ensures the reliability of results by monitoring system conditions during operation.
Real-time pressure monitoring provides information for column conditions and system stability in real-time.
