ACV - Advanced Component Validation
- A barcode reader is used to register feeders and components on the machine.
- The ACV system checks for correct setup prior to each job startup or machine restart.
- A server holding the component inventories is continuously updated as components are used, and all components are accounted for whether placed or not.
