Improved Reliability of Component Pickup and Mounting

Intelligent Line Sensor
Line sensors detect all of the component attitudes picked up (present or not, vertical error, etc.) and component tip level on the nozzle, and feeds this information back to CPU of the machine for the nozzle descending level control upon placing to ensure that 0201 micro chips and other components are mounted stably.
The X, Y, and Z axis control capability for component pick-up and mounting serves to ensure extremely reliable component pick-up and mounting.
