Overview
The HDL5K is an embedded DRAM with ASIC for high band-width systems. This series offers high-efficiency redundancy utilizing fine metal fuse. It utilizes enhanced .18 um merged DRAM process technology. The HDL5K will be available in super high density and high speed versions. Using the CMOS process will ensure high speed processing for cache memories for routers and switches in networking systems, or high-performance graphics engines for PCs and car navigations systems.
