Overview
Komatsu Electronics Inc. manufactures world-class thermoelectric coolers used in applications that require precise temperature control. Komatsu Electronics Inc. has an extensive product line, including 32 telecom grade micro-modules, 8 of which are two-stage modules useful for applications requiring large delta Ts, 19 multi-purpose modules and 10 multi-stage modules. Komatsu can also rapidly customize to your specific requirements.
The telecom grade modules are assembled by highly accurate pick and place machinery. The thermo elements are made with an innovative hot forged method that maximizes performance while minimizing power consumption. This manufacturing method also increases mechanical strength -- the forging process creates a material that is inherently homogenous and resistant to cracks and chipping. This combination of robotic assembly and world-best element performance means that the thermoelectric coolers have both high reliability and consistent performance. Komatsu Electronics Inc. recently introduced enhanced thermoelectric coolers for high Qc applications, and two-stage thermoelectric coolers for large delta T applications.
