They are backed by an extensive parts stock and are fully prepared to solve technical problems by phone, on-site or by an e-diagnostics equipment package.
The Customer Support staff handles all parts inquiries including availability, quotes and ordering. The group also handles all warranty, repair and merchandise returns (RMA), service requests and questions regarding service contracts.
