Description:
Hitachi High Technologies America and Oak Ridge National Laboratory are hosting a workshop on Advanced Microscopy in Materials Science. This two day workshop will feature presentations by internationally prominent scientists working at the frontiers of electron microscopy.
This is a follow up to 2007's very successful Workshop on Advanced Electron Microscopy in Materials Physics held at Brookhaven National Lab.
